Unity rewards not reflecting in madden 25

I have completed three tasks through unity rewards and have not received the madden cash for any of them in the game. On the offerwall, the prize shows as rewarded, but I have never seen it reflected in my madden cash. 

I’ve attached some screenshots for reference, one showing that it says rewarded in offerwall, one of proof that I completed one of them. 

I also recently did another one to see if it was just Monopoly that was bugged, but I didn’t get the cash from that either.
