Without having much info, I would guess that yes, the app is causing our game to see the user as having a VPN etc.

This seems to still be an issue for Madden Mobile - my son can’t use it. Is there a fix?

Hey, all.

This post was originally created in 2018, so I will be closing it down. Some third party apps may restrict access to our mobile games. We recommend reporting them here on the forums so we can pass them along to the team to be aware of the technical limitation, however we can only advise to remove those apps from the device if you can identify they are blocking access to the game.

Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.
