Unknown Error! Sorry

uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my brand new iPhone XS Max. What am I still getting?, the Unknown Error message stating something is wrong. 

Need this fixed so I can play the game. 

Makes no sense when I’m on a brand new phone with everything updated on it. 

Any ideas folks?

    @KnyghtChill Hey, can you try a device restart then try again? That should clear out any cached data that might be interfering. 

    As you say, an XS Max should play the game without issues.
