UNLINK AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNT FROM THIS ACCOUNT

This doesn't seem to work. The 'Unlinking your Accounts' guide that you've included is wrong. After following all the steps, on step 8, the supposed 'account unlinking tool' doesn't exist anywhere.

Are you sure this is the right page? I'm trying to unlink too but I can't find the place that this unlinking tool is supposed to be.

Raised it up to our content team. Did you link in the incorrect account to our Madden Mobile account? 

Nope, I was just having problems with my account but it was in relation to Apex Legends, but as far as I was able to tell it's just for unlinking an EA account, not game-specific. I was just trying to find a way to report/get help on that and this post seemed relevant enough for me to link it as you had mentioned the page just before.

I raised it up to the team to get this looked into. What I recommend doing is reaching out to our Support team to get further assistance with this. As far as I'm aware you should still be able to un-link your Prime account from your EA account with the assistance of an Advisor.

Hey.

I've tried but I've had no luck as I keep getting my case continued by different people and they keep trying to get me to do the same thing. It was for the Wattson Twitch Prime skin, but it ended recently so I'm not fussed about it anymore, it's alright. I'll have another look at it if the link to the tool (that is currently broken) gets fixed.

How do you in link a account from Amazon prime but the Amazon account has been deleted

We advise contacting Amazon Support for help if the account was deleted on their end and if the EA link was still tied to it. 

The instruction provided at the top by the stuff doesn't work. When I click on "Manage my account" the page shows briefly new options and "Account linking" but it disappears so quickly, so it's hard to click. When I finally click it, memorizing its position, it still redirected me to general help page of chosen Prime game, instead of allowing clicking "use our tool". I found an alternative instead. Simply go to this link, and click on unlink for Amazon Prime:
