Can I Unlink Madden From my Facebook Account?
Perhaps "disassociate from Facebook" is more accurate? Or is there a way to login to a Madden-FB-Linked account, without going through Facebook?
I am wondering how I can do this, as I no longer wish to use Facebook to login to my account. In fact, I can't even log into my Facebook, because someone else tried logging in, and got my FB account locked up. As a result, I can't log into my Madden Account (can I?).
I provided FB with my phone number and government issued photo ID, but they still have not unlocked my FB, and they haven't even responded to my inquiries.
It seems illogical that Facebook as an institution and 3rd party has the ability to lock me out of my Electronic Arts Madden Mobile Content. Is there an EA Rep that can address this? I'm not sure that EA is aware of the absurd security requirements that FB applies (Providing Facebook my personal phone number and Gov Issued ID and information is pretty unethical, I'm sure that EA would agree this is a ridiculous requirement, and should consider the unintended consequences of this with regard to EA products/login, etc...).
