I was hoping things would get fixed with the BTTG, but I still can't watch videos in Pre-Season for stamina. I tap the icon and my screen darkens until I tap the screen again. Now I'm seeing "Purveyor" in the goals which requires you to watch 3 videos in order to get 140 BTTG points. Well, I can't watch one, and I see no other places (like there were last year) to watch any. Can someone help me out or explain what's up with this?

Have you checked under the store tab “Deals”?
Yep. Last season there were the 2 daily ones and one weekly. Now the only thing in Deals is $14.99 Madden cash one.

I'm missing out on stamina, players, coins, etc. because there are no ad videos to watch. Playing on a Moto G Power (2021), Android ver. 11.
I am having the same issue. But for me everything was fine 3/4 days ago. But suddendly the ads disappeared (4 possible ones) and the only one remaining I can't watch it anymorre, it says that resets daily at 10:30, but the button to watch never appears again.
It's so strange. Signed in on my old iPad and all the places that should have videos do and I can watch with no issues. So this is definitely an android problem. Maybe at some point we'll get a reply/solution from the EA folks.
Today I noticed that I'm missing all the bonus videos included in things like Madden Base. Can someone fix this or please help me out?
The problem persists and another day passes with no answer. Come on EA. At least acknowledge there's something not working properly and make an attempt to fix it. How many coins, cash, event points, etc. have I missed out on since the season began. It worked fine last season, why is it now broken?
