Rewards are rolling out but we've seen delays on them hitting accounts, so if you don't get them by tomorrow from now after restarting your device, please let us know. If you placed at a higher rank it might also take a little bit longer to receive your rewards than others due to some extra checking on the back-end.
Appreciate the heads up! We'll make sure you get what you've earned. Also, I hope Madden Mobile isn't distracting you from classroom learning. 😉 School comes first. 👍

If they don't show up after that time-frame please contact our Support team via the resources below. The rewards will "roll out" which means some players might get them right away while others may just need to wait a little bit longer. I recommend restarting your device to re-sync your account to the EA servers which could help push the rewards to your account.
