Why can’t I use or how do I use my ultimate team in season mode?

This was one of the many changes they made to the new season. Seasons mode no longer has any connection or affect on your Ultimate Team. It is a completely separate mode that exists outside of the Ultimate Team menu. So, you are no longer able to earn rewards from Seasons mode that go toward your Ultimate Team nor are you able to use your Ultimate team in Seasons mode gameplay.
