Why can’t I use ultimate teams in season mode?

Why can’t I use or how do I use my ultimate team in season mode?

If we were to add Ultimate Team back into Seasons, would you want it the exact way it was before or are there any improvements you'd like to see?

I just want to be able to earn rewards by playing. Even if it’s just a pro pack per game, it would add merit to playing. There’s no reason to play season mode anymore. I won the Super Bowl and got nothing. Now after I play Ultimate I just turn on Pokémon Go. There’s nothing to do after playing Madden for like 40 minutes
