Did you go directly from iOS 9.x to 10.0.2 or did you use 10.0.0 for a time?
If your game is linked to Facebook then an uninstall/reinstall may help.
Reverting to iOS 9.x is a last resort.
I did you go directly from iOS 9.x to 10.0.2. I have tried everything I have rebooted my iPad twice and Madden Mobile three times and nothing has helped. How do you revert back to iOS 9?
Do know how to revert back to 9,0.2. on an iPAD?

You are basically talking about doing a factory settings restore.
If you choose to do this you really should perform a backup first.

Doing a factory reset is risky, in doing this I could lose all of my apps. and still have the same problem Madden Mobile 17. Doesn't EA have a patch that there are working on to fix this problem? I can not be the only one that has been having this problem.

You are not the only one here who is seeing an issue after upgrading to iOS10. If you do a factory reset you will need to redownload and install your apps.
Having said that, as it seems your issue is due to the OS update, reverting to a known working OS version is almost certainly going to allow you to play. It is up to you whether you revert your OS now or wait to see if the compatibility issue gets fixed.

You were right going from IOS 10.0.2 back to 9.3.2 and doing the back up first was the right thing to do,I did not lose a thing. It was not that hard to do (a lot of steps) once you understood how do it. Madden Mobile 17 is back to normal and I now have back my sound and it doesn't crash during game-play any more. Thanks for your help...
