Why is OD match making taking so long?

I can understand ranked matches taking longer since you need to make an accurate match to make it fair, but why is it taking 10 plus minutes to get an unranked match?! This is totally unacceptable! You need to do better. You may want to implement a bot team for unranked matches to make the max time waiting for an unranked match less than a minute. Waiting 10+ minutes to play a 3 minute match is ridiculous! I waste enough time playing this game that continuously disappoints already i don't need the added headache of just waiting for matches to load for hours per day.....
