1 ME1 achievement doesn't show in EA App

I have all of the ME1 achievements except Asari Ally. I did most of the 2nd half of the game with Liara, and have the achievement in game, but the EA App says I don't have it. I have the game through the Epic Game Store, and it shows in Epic. I loaded the character in ME2, and got all of those achievements. I'm partway through ME3, and have achievements there. Just no Asari Ally in ME1.

How do I get the achievement in the EA App? EA Help has been less than helpful.
