Accomplishments not unlocking/relocking (PC)
By now I should have every accomplishments unlocked, all have popped in game at one point or another, but most of them are not shown to be unlocked in the accomplishments viewer in the game or on my N7HQ profile. A while ago many of the ones currently not unlocked were unlocked, such as Overload Specialist, Hijacker, Giant Killer etc. but they seem ot have become locked again. I recently (not even an hour ago) finished the Omega DLC, the accomplishments popped in game, but they're shown as locked.
