Accomplishments Unlocking in Origin but not In-Game/N7 HQ

I am replaying the PC campaign of tN7 Edition of Mass Effect 3, with all the DLC, excluding Genesis 2.  Up until a day or so ago I know I had most of the accomplishments unlocked.  The other day I noticed that there was the new number in my Origin window, for the new Origin Point system.  Once I noticed the accomplishment/achievemnt traker I started looking in Origin, and hearing the notification sound for unlocking accomplishments.  Today, I went on the N7 HQ just check my account and saw that it claimed I had only 4 accompishments unlocked, while Origin coutns 49.  I then checked the game, and there are only four accomplishments checked in game.  I made a quick purchase of a pack in the multiplayer to see if my account synched and it did, so there is not communication issue.  I know that in ME2, and some reports of ME3 there were times that accomplishments would just get wiped and if one would load an older file it worked.  Well I use the autosave, and quick save, so I have no older saves.  Is there any way to correct the game and the N7 HQ?  If gone through the EA Help Chat Troubleshooting and that didn't solve it.  The thing I find most odd is that Origin has all these accomplishments but the game does not.  Today only I unlocked two that did not go off in game.  Can anyone help, or at least see if there is a bug?
