Achievements not unlocking on Xbox One for Mass Effect 1

Hello! I’m having issues unlocking a couple of achievements on Mass Effect through my Xbox One X; more specifically I’m having trouble with Throw Mastery and Warp Mastery. When in any Xbox 360 game and checking achievements, if I click on Mass Effect it shows I have 49/49. However, from any other screen, including just the overview of achievements either in an Xbox 360 game or Xbox One’s achievements page, it shows I only have 47/49 and am missing those two. I might add that neither have had their values applied to my gamerscore total. Following Xbox.com troubleshooting pages I have done everything suggested including power cycling my Xbox, deleting and re-adding my profile, re-completing the tasks necessary for both achievements, and waiting 72 hours for them to sync with Xbox live. At this point I am at a loss.
