No one here can do anything about this sort of problem. The AHQ is for "player-to-player" self help. We're just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can.
The only people who can help with account issues, activation (or re-activation) codes, and purchases are the EA Customer Support folk at: http://help.ea.com.
I have used all three contact methods (Email, Live Chat, and Telephone).
I find the Live Chat provides the most consistently good help, and (like you) the email seems the least timely.
