Advanced Training

Hi All - I wanted to get Stasis as my bonus power in ME2, but after completing the Shadow Broker DLC and chatting with Liara on the Normandy, it's still not available under advanced training.  I've tried reloading my save points and going back to talk to her, but nothing has worked. This is a fresh playthrough with my ME1 imported character. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    CMs are fine with mod links (at least for single-player games like ME.)  I've posted many for mods on the Nexus.

    Here's one listed under MELE as a "Trilogy Save Editor".  😇
