After Installation of Mass Effect, Having trouble running

This problem is for all 3 games of Masseffect. I recently purchased the Trilogy Package from Gamestop, which includes the Pin Number to digitaly download from Origin. So i used that and all games are...

The cloud isn't the culprit in this issue, run Origin as an admin by right clicking the Origin icon on your destop and selecting "run as administrator".  Then install and update ME1 and it will work after that without having to run Origin as an admin.   I did this last night and it solved the very problem that you described.  I run Win7 64 bit.
