I had the same problem with Alice and now with Mas Effect 3 as well.
I was given a different code for Alice and now it works but i had to call Origin for AN HOUR to get it too work. And now it happens again... this should NOT be happenning.
This is **bleep** **bleep** ! Last time im buying a game from Origin. Hope someone sues em.
