All of my content is gone.

Question

I received an email indicating that on february 15th my email account had been changed. Since it was addressed to a "Dax 925" I assumed that it was a typical phishing email.&nbsp; When I tried to log on to my account for Mass Effect 3 with Origin, I was told that my password was incorrect, and multiple attempts to change my password have been unsuccessful.&nbsp; Since I couldn't even contact you until I signed on, I created another account so I could get in to the system.&nbsp; Please help, as I've multiple games and DLC with EA including Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age-Awakenings and Dragon Age 2.&nbsp; Please help me either get my old account reactivated or help me get my content logged to this account. Thank you.

Thanks Fred.&nbsp; I've never been hacked before, and quite frankly trying to figure out who and what to contact through EA has been a nightmare.&nbsp; Unfortnately the live chat guys are next to useless.&nbsp; I appreciate your response.
