ALREADY IN PROPERTY GAME BUY / COMPRA DE JUEGO YA EN PROPIEDAD

We're on sales in Electronic Arts, so y thought i could buy the Mass Effect 3 game, which is on sale for about 3€.

The point is that i had already bought the said game, and had in mind to gift the activation code, but in the end, it just got activated(?) in my account, thing completely unnecessary. According to Origin, now is when i just bought and activated the game, but i already have more than 300 hours played.

To undo the problem, i thought i could simply undo the buying, but i doesn't work.

I'd like an activation code were given to me, or the refunding of the value of the purchase, that, no matter how little is it, EA has already failed a lot to me last times speaking of service, so what is mine, is mine.
