Am I Missing Something? Liam Loyalty Mission (Possible Spoiler)

This is my 3rd run of new game (not New Game Plus) I don't know why, i reached Kadara, talked to Reyes, and now all "outpost" planets are available (Eos, Voeld, Havarld, Kadara, "Remav thingy", an...

    Am currently on my 3rd playthrough, so far never had an issue with Liam's quest.   

    Just speculation here, when you mentioned you visited outpost worlds, but have you established an outpost?  Think Liam tracks that as well.  It's called outpost worlds.  Also he's got another one with Jaal called something for the neighbors(Think you should be done with this though).  Not sure how much of that you will need to complete before his quest triggers.  My guess would be outpost worlds.

That's IT!

I need at least 3 outpost (EOS should be done by default)

So 2 more outposts

Just cleared Havarld + Kadara, BOOM Liam Email me

In my first run, i didn't skip Voeld and Havarl so naturally Liam Email me after Aya

Thank you soo much

I thought that Liam Quest just another side quest about clearing outposts in the game

I'm only in my second playthrough right now but in my first, Liam waited until the last possible moment to give me his loyalty mission. I assumed it was because I never really talk to him or use him in missions. I had all 5 outpost planets at 100% for the longest time before he finally asked me to go on his wreck of a mission.

    Some of Liam's quest is also tied to having done Jaals.

    He is a complicated character 😲😲 thats why I love him. Now if only his romance was one but thats another matter.

      I had alll my outpost done and the loyalty mission for Liam was a complete mess. Nothing worked so I just deleted it and went back to the rest of the game. This is what happens when EA never checks the games for bugs.
