Andromeda Crashes on launch with no errors

Just want to say thanks in advance to any help i can get

I had played the game for 2 or 3 days after launch with only minor issues. Yesterday when i went to launch the game it began like usual but about five seconds later it crashes. Once it crashes no errors pop up on desktop only origin opens as if i had closed it. I had a similar issue on a save a few days back that every time i would load into my save it would crash with no errors. I easily resolved it by reverting to an prior save on that charecter. But that solution is irrelevent now due to the fact that the game doesnt even work past the ea and bioware logo that shows when you first launch. Ive been trying solutions in other threads that are related to my issue with no luck and i have yet to find someone with my exact issue. Any help is appreciated , thanks.

Specs:
Intel i7 4 ghz quad core unlocked
Nvidia gtx 1070 8gb
8 gb ripjaws x2 (16gb or ram)

Things ive tried:
Reinstalling my video driver (clean install)
Updating all my drivers
Repaired the game multiple times
Reinstalled the game
Exempted mass effect folder from antivirus

Once again ANY help is appreciated i dont know what else to do at this point.

    RESOLVED:

    Lowered my resolution via nvidia geforce experience and the game launched. Reverted it back to the resolution i had originally once in game and it runs perfect now. No more crash on launch. I guess its some kind of bug with the fullscreen.

    @Abbas2223

    Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.

    If you use Windows 7 also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for the game you have trouble with.

    If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.

    You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.

  • Now tell me the solution please, when i launch the game it opens and after 4-5 seconds the game closes automatically. I even have reinstalled my windows.

    Well, your hardware is below min specs for the game, and IF you manage to get it to play, likely it will be at incredibly low FPS.

    https://www.ea.com/games/mass-effect/mass-effect-andromeda/buy/system-requirements

    You have a AMD Ryzen 3 1200, min spec for AMD is FX 6350 which is faster and has more cores.

    http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Ryzen-3-Ryzen%E2%84%A2-3-1200-vs-AMD-FX-6350

    You are also running a Nvidia GT 730 and min spec is a GTX 660 which is faster and better.

    https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-730-vs-Nvidia-GTX-660/m12582vs2162

    So personal suggestion.....upgrade your hardware and wait until then to try and play Mass Effect Andromeda.  If you do manage to get it to play and work well, then buy a lottery ticket because you just had an amazing event happen.

    If it's just a black screen and nothing else, then antivirus software might be blocking it, so temporarily disabling it or making exceptions could resolve the crash.

    But as stated, your hardware falls below the minimum requirements.

    @Someguyzzzzz

    Additional to @Fred_vdp and  @mcsupersport, it appears that there are several drivers missing on your system, respectively that generic driver are used.

    As I see it Gigabyte does not provide all drivers for Windows 8.1 for this motherboard.

    You could update to Windows 10, but I can't promises that this will help because your Hardware is technically under the minimum system requirements for the game.

    To be really honest, i used to play this game on 35-40 fps, also i was about to complete this game then i stopped playing for a while. As far as i am concerned it used to run well. That crashing thing started happening after updating my graphic drivers.

    So when you said in your first post that you tried reinstalling your drivers, did you mean the old driver that worked before?

  • Yeah now i do not know exactly what happened that this won't work. I am 90% sure my updated graphics drivers are causing it now. But the problem is i do not know which version exactly i was using last time when it was working.
