Andromeda Initiative Helmet

So I watched the 6 videos on the training hub to acquire the unique helmet. However I didn't receive any content in the game yet. It says I watched all 6/6 videos twice. It's almost like it didn't upd...

@danny123me Hey, unfortunately there's not an easy way to do this. If you talk to support they can find the account linked to your PSN ID.

Hopefully this won't be needed, you can try logging into the Mass Effect archives with any email addresses that you suspect may be linked. If it's correctly linked you should see your account and any of your characters that you've uploaded.

I've checked the terminal on board the tempest and there wasn't anything there.
How can I check which account is linked to the game? I could've sworn I used the same one.
