Andromeda won't download, says 'issue' and purge/app reinstall doesn't fix

Today I bought Andromeda, it downloaded up to 14%, my pc automatically fell asleep and when I woke it up it had stopped. I clicked resume and it said "There is a problem with your download". I cancel...

    When I relaunched the app it was in my library but said "update required", clicking update would crash the app. I was able to fix it by going to the 'three dot menu' in the top right of the game icon and selecting 'repair'. The first try didn't work but I did it a second time and it seemed to work. Hope that helps

I have the same issue. tried all listed solutions a few times to no avail. Other games download and plays fine.

Edit: Managed to get the download started by copying an old backup of the game from my NAS to the game folder. Unfortunately it had to re-download the entire game anyway but the game launched and I played for a while without issues.
