Honestly.....
After the Shotzustorm of ME3 endings, Bioware has pretty much said f-- you, to interaction on forums and much more than one liners on more controlled media. There was a time when they put in great effort on forums keeping people up to date and interacting.....then ME3 endings......serious problems occurred BECAUSE of the forums and the people on them....death threats, hate mail, horrible language, and vitriol......(some was probably deserved....but most was WAY over reaction and general Internet rage)....Bioware pretty much washed it's hands of personal interaction on forums. Do I expect this to change...no, not really, not unless upper management sees a need in changing policy and forcing it. Do I wish it would change, yes.....the social interaction between customers and game developers when done correctly and without hate, is a great thing for all involved, allowing customer input, and the customer to be informed what is happening.....I just don't see it happening with Bioware without a major management shakeup...
