Application load error 5:0000065434 (steam)

Anyone know how do i fix this? im so frustrated now. im windows 10

    @shifuII 

    So you tried to launch from inside Steam, and you moved that folder?

    Try this.

    • Go to your "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" folder.
    • Copy the "Steam.exe" and past it into the "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mass Effect 2"
    • Test.
      (If that don't works, try the "<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mass Effect 2\Binaries" folder)

@holger1405Nah.. This my first time playing mass effect.. i launch it from desktop. Also, sometimes everytime i launch it i heard a pop sound.. that method not working sir..

    @holger1405hmmm.. do i need to instal it in program files? not another driver? i'm sorry to make you confuse.

        @holger1405now i got "an error occured while updating mass effect 2 (app running) : 22552 <(sometimes the code is different) there's no update sir..
