In regards to fusion mod of hovering does the negative 30% weapon damage only happen in the air or are you permanently at negative 30% weapon damage hovering or not?
The more important question is: Where is the armour mod that increases weapon damage, "but reduces all other damage by 20%"?
I have a run&gun legionnaire character that does not seem to benefit much from any of the currently existing fusion mods.
In other words, I prefer playing that character without any armour mods whatsoever because none enhance its profile in a meaningful way.
There's no such mod that increase the weapon damage sadly.
For my soldier i used the fusion mod of health which trades 25% of your shield (50 without the perk) for an extra 100% health. Sadly you acquire that only late game so you wont benefit of it much for long.
Maybe the 50% shield for 50% (25) of your health.
But if you dont wanna any of those then put on the adrenaline. Recharge penalty for your powers but instant recharge on kill so you can spam powers left and right. Useful if your turbocharge went on cooldown and you kill and enemy a second later and bam, you can use it again. Also gives you more room for error if you miss landing your power or the enemy dodges it.
