Asking for online pass (but my is PC digital version) since I downloaded Citadel DLC

Hi everyone,

I'm also having this problem, but it was not directly after downloading the Citadel DLC. I could play multiplayer earlier today, but now when I try to start it, it wants an online pass (and I can't even see my galaxy at war map).

Sure sucks that it's so difficult to get in touch with EA support. I'm really hoping this won't mess up all our mutiplayer accounts.

    Same deal as cecilialundberg. today was fine until I finished the challenge. No pack rewards. I did the N7HQ repair, relogged in, then now I need an online pass? WTF?
