On the level or not, I am setting up a future rival/ally. I went with anyone who doesn't immediately shoot at me gets treated as potential ally.
Morda is only going to play nice as long as it suits her and, after the scouts fracas, I no longer trust Kesh or Drack to mitigate that for me. Maybe I'm just becoming jaded but the game seems to be steering me into balkanizing politics... to intentionally creating rivalries amongst semi-balanced factions so I can be the one unifying force.
