Asteroid X57: Missing Engineers Bug
I found all three engineers, interacted with the bodies and all of what I had to do. It will not tick off Montoya as "found." I went back and tried again still nothing. I cannot complete the assignment

Did you reported back to Atwell?
Did you find the body of the one at the outpost that said you see footprint heading east.
Nevermind: apparently the devs decided it was a good idea to place a random body on the map that doesn't count as an engineer. T. Slajs doesn't count. Very strange choice.
Just had the same issue. Found and interacted with all the bodies, but when I talk to Simon, I only have the option of saying I found two of them. Likely a bug because I finished the fight against the batarians before finding the final body, but this is pretty annoying.
Did the same with only 2 being counted after the fight but I went back looking and was able to find the one that left the footprint and went back and completed the mission.
Yup, I found all three, reported back and one is still technically missing. Never had this problem when I played on 360.
There a 3 engineers but 4 bodies on the Map.
If you found the guy right next to the Grizzly (The Tank), he is not counting.There was nothing weird or random about it, Bioware does this stuff to mess with us. 😉
And that is a good thing. 🙂
