Audio Cuts Out During Fist Club Gunfight (ME1)

Question

Right as I entered the club, the camera stuttered a bit (Shifted from over Shep's left shoulder to over the right shoulder and then back again) and then all audio cut out. Not just sound effects but music and dialogue. I had to exit back to the game selection screen (Picking between ME1, ME2, or ME3) and then load my save again.

I guess I should add that this was on PC.

Same issue except it happened to me on Feros while fighting the Thorian. Sound completely cut out and then after the cut scene with Shiala the screen went completely black as well.&nbsp; I had to force close the game.&nbsp; This was in Xbox Series X.
