Is it the unable to authorize DLC's listed error? and are you able to connect to the server?

how do I delet my old account whith my games and use my new account

I lost my hard drive and now I want to re install my games I have an old account under dirkbrink@hotdial.net My new account is under knifeblade@comcast.net how  do I get rid of my old account for I can use my games and to register. please leve me A e-mail what to do at knifeblade@comcast.net
