Awakened Collector Power Points Glitch

I redeemed a premium spectre pack and it included a 250,000 xp character training card for the awakened collector character.

My character was at lvl 19 at the time.

When I went to the character power select screen, I saw that I had 85 points remaining and I was then able to upgrade ALL of my powers to level 6.
 (with 55 points still remaining)

I restarted the game and now my character is still maxed out, but I see -21 (negative 21) upgrade points available.

Haven't played the character since and don't want to get banned for cheating.

Please assist in resolving.
