BIG ERROR ON THE ARCON FLAGSHIP

I just finish the salarian ark and when ryder and crew are escaping the Arcon ship they just go to a open space exposure with no helmet. WTF is that since when we can go on space with out helmet really

Does this happen even if you have helmets enabled during conversations?

Because incidentally, that's another thing that bothers me, the game doesn't always respect that setting.

Yes i have always the helmet because the horrible animations in the face
