Bioware does not recognize ME 1, 2 registration key

I cannot register ME 1, ME 2 or DAO on Bioware Social Network. PC. Bought all games from Origin (ME Trilogy) ME 3 registered automatically. Bioware help says it's because they're upgrading the Social Network site. So why did ME 3 register with no problem? Please advise.

Who do you mean when you say 'BioWare help'? Bioware doesn't have dedicated customer support, so I'm interested to know who exactly told you this.
