Bioware points spending and purchase

Good evening,

I spent 16€ to buy 1600 BIOWARE POINTS. What for ? To buy TWO DLCs for mass effect 2 on PC. The problem is that I used these points to purchase the shadow broke DLC, which cost 800 BIOWARE POINTS, so : 1600-800=800 BIOWARE POINTS, right ? Now, i want to purchase another DLC (arrival), which cost 560, and when i try to buy it, the bioware social network tells me i can't, because it seems for them that 1600-800=0 BIOWARE POINTS. Right, i only spent 800 BP and for them i don't have BP anymore. I would like to get a compensation. Thanks for paying attention to my request.
