bioware points

So I wanted to buy the Mass Effect 3 DLC Leviathan. Apparently it can only be bought for bioware points. But I can't buy the necessary points because for some reason you can only pay for them with a credit card. It just so happens that I do not own one (yes, there are still some people out there who have no need for those). So my question is this: HOW do I get the Leviathan DLC?

Bioware Social Network ( http://social.bioware.com/user_home.php )
From the menu under your avatar select "Profile"
Select "Add Bioware Points"; you may see a log-in screen.
Select how many Bioware Points you want to purchase and click "Continue to Payment Options".
Select a payment method (Credit or Debit Card/PayPal/EA Account).

Or you can look for an EA Game Card ( http://www.ea.com/1/game-cards ) and purchase your Bioware points with it. Of course, any gift card (Visa, MasterCard) will work.

Any alternatives besides Credit/International Debit card/Paypal. Not everyone here has an account that can be authorised to make online purhases.
Probably EA should start selling bioware pre-paid top up cards to their retail stores cuz no one here in my country could buy bioware points with a regular Debit card as online functionality is usually blocked.
