Black Screen How to Fix This Problem?

I would appreciate any suggestions that someone could give.

I am near the final battle of Mass Effect 2. After I get to choose for the last time who I want to drag around with me through the Collector Base, I just get a black screen while there's only the music and ambiance in the background.

I have validated the game files, I have tried lowering the graphics, I have tried switching from windowed to full screen, I have tried switching between different applications, I have turned the Steam and Origin in-Game overlays off. I have restarted my computer after I implement the changes. I have attempted the turning off of Vsync. Still nothing. The only option left that the internet offers is to delete and reinstall the entire game. I have tried this last resort. I put my save in back up so I could go back to where I was. But then again, just a black screen.

I have looked online and I cannot find any other solution to my problem and have become exceedingly frustrated over this issue. So thank you to anyone who has a new suggestion on how to resolve this issue.

    @KalmaStari 

    Download the newest driver for your GPU from NVIDIA.

    Download the latest driver for your Intel APU from Acer.

    Download DDU:

    Install the graphic driver this way:

    • run DDU > save mode >  NVIDIA Software and Drivers > Clean and Restart. (Here is a pictured Guide.)

    • run DDU > save mode >  Intel Software and Drivers > Clean and Restart.

    • shut down any not necessary programs in the background including the real time scanner of your anti-virus software.
    • shut down any and all system monitoring programs and any overlooking tools you might have.

    • Run the installation EXE of the Intel driver. > Reboot.

    • Run the installation EXE if the NVIDIA driver > install only the GPU Driver and the PHYSX software.

    (don't deselect components you need even if the have the same version number, the installation program will uninstall them if you do)
    • Reboot > Test.

    Sorry for the wait! It took me some time to follow through with the multiple suggestions on the informative page that you sent. Thank you for that! Unfortunately, the game stubbornly keeps getting stuck on this black screen. I just find this so strange because this is the only place where this has happened throughout the entire two games. I did not have a single problem till this point.

    I took footage of the black screen. I hope it is helpful in discerning what is causing the problem. Thank you again for your help.

    Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

    There are several error messages that could all be related to your problem in the DxDiag.

    You said you already validated the game files inside Steam?

    If so I would suggest to repair the game inside Origin as well.

    (Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)

    Oh, man. That's concerning. If you don't mind me asking, what could I do to fix one or multiple of those errors? Which one should I tackle first?

    Yes, I did validate the files on Steam.

    All right, I shall do that as well! Thank you for the very clear instructions!

    Update:

    It came back with the message that all files are validated. So with this welcome news, I tried the game again but I ran into that blasted black screen again.

    in Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition I'm helping Wrex and the Turian's and when i'm  done with the mission it keeps popping up with a black screen
