The installation processes of Pinnacle Station and Bdts works already. The files are copied but at the end "installation failed". "The installation of Mass Effect: Bdts has failed".
The same with both DLCs. Whats wrong and how can i fix it?
What platform?
Make sure Origin is closed.
Move both DLC installation files to the game directory and run them as Administrator.
Is the Game and the client (Steam or Origin) completely closed?
On what language is the game set to?

First, if this is a new digital copy of ME the DLCs should be already installed. Did you checked that?
If that is not the case, how big is your BdtS installation file? It should be 849MB for the newest international (German included) version. You can find it here or here.
