BUG game fails to properly start/shut down

Hey,

I encountered some strange behavior while playing mass effect 1 in legendary edition on my steam deck yesterday.

The first bug/issue was when i tried to launch Mass Effect legendary edition and after loading vulkan shaders i got this error in the origin launcher "UPSTREAM_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE" Trying to launch the game multiple times didnt help but power cycling my steam deck "fixed it".

The second issue also happened while playing Mass Effect legendary edition.
When turning off the game (either clicking quit in the game menu or exit game in the steam menu) The game wouldnt fully close, It was stuck on Stopping... and i could still hear the menu music. I again power cycled the deck and tried launching/shutting down the game again to see what would happen and the same thing happens consistently.

As both of these issues happened with the same game it could be something wrong with the game and not the steam deck itself but im reporting this anyways, Also the game in question is running at default graphics settings at 1200x800 (1200x800 is the native resolution for the steam deck) in 60hz mode.

 

I have already reported this to the steam deck developers but thought id post it here just to be sure.
