[BUG] ME1 Framerate drop after killing docile salarians on Virmire

When killing the docile salarians in their cell on Virmire, the framerate is reduced to an unplayable level. Saving and reloading doesn't fix it. Shutting down the game and resuming also doesn't work...

Same here RX 580 8GB - Game runs between 30 and 60 at 4K, issues on planets with the mako that contain herbs/lawn - Everything is between 40 and 60 frames without lawn, lol. And now just killed the docile salarians on Virmire and the game runs at 5 frames with 0% gpu usage even after restarting the game. And I thought ME1 would finally have a proper PC port.

    I have the same issue here too. But this bug/fps drop is also on the original ME1 Xbox.

    Reloading or restarting will not work the only way I have found to stop it is to leave the area then it slowly returns to a normal fps.

    If you go back to the cells the fps will drop again.
