BUG REPORT - Bonus Powers (missing Catching Up achievement - PC Steam)

As title description says - the removal of the Lair of the Shadow Broker Catching Up achievement from Steam has made Liara's Stasis power unobtainable. In addition to that, Flashbang & Inferno Grena...

In addition to that, Flashbang & Inferno Grenade are not choosable from the character creation screen (but they are on the Advanced Powers screen)

Following this as having the same issue. I guess it is universal at this point.
