[Bug report] Quest "Feros: Data Recovery" is impossible if acquired after the MQ

This quest can be acquired after completion of the main Feros mission if the colonists are not killed but it is impossible to complete in this context since the elevator required to access the prothe...

I found a tricky solution using the console. I recommend making a backup of your save file before trying this.

Here is what I did :

At BIOA_WAR00 Start_WAR40_01 // Teleported myself on the road

Went forward through the two doors then in the building on the left where the data is. 

At BIOA_WAR00 Start_WAR00_01 // Teleported myself back in the Normandy

Went out of the Normandy and validated the quest.

Hope it helps others who hate having a pending quest like me.
