bug? zaeed dies in me3 while loyal
I know in the original I didnt kill vido and he still survived the volus ambassador mission but I just did the quest and he died so I'm 99% sure it's flagged wrong or something

Are you absolutely sure sure that Zaeed was loyal? You can finish his loyalty mission in Mass Effect 2 without him ending up loyal, by not using the paragon persuasion option on the left side of the Diaolog Wheel.
