I spent 2 hours trying to mine this on Kadara....
I also had no luck with some points on Kadara and Elaaden until now, even leaving and re-entering the planets several times.
Eos: 100% looted, no issues
Voeld: 100% looted, no issues

- also that structure at the bottom of the map. I already searched the whole area (incl. the cave) and found no cache what so ever

Add me to the list of people not being able to complete the node to the north of the two western ones. I managed to complete the south one but the one north won't get past "fair".
- I have 'cleared' caves in Kadara also but it is still showing a white structure icon. I have thoroughly checked the entire area inside and out but there is no more loot to be had. Annoying
