Community AdminIf you're using a gaming mouse, please try updating your drivers, I have seen cases in different games where this helps with random/semi-random camera twitchiness.
If this has no effect, try restarting with a Clean Boot. If this resolves the issue, you can turn on programs 1 by 1 until you find the culprit.
