Can Mass Effect 2 Czech version be changed to English?

Hi there. So as you have probably guessed, I bought the ME 2 game and it's a czech version. Now naturally I want to try as much of the DLC as I can but I cannot, because the best ones are incompatibl...

I was going to suggest simply un-/re-installing (being sure to have a back-up copy of your saves first.) 

But fredvdp's way would be much quicker (if it works.)
