Can not install!

Hi, I am trying to install Mass Effect 3. The game says it has finished, I get the green check mark in my game library but where the play tab should be it still says install. I have tried installi...

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I assume that this is a permissions problem, did you tried to install to a different drive then before?

  I don't use Windows 10. My suspiction is a problem with this "IGameExplorer2". But I can't find an application with that name in the Windows-Environment.

    Did you tried to install to your C drive?
    
    Try to install the game after this guide. > test

    Please also look at the guide I linked above and set your UAC accordantly. (just for the installation, set it back to it's original state afterwards.) > test.
