can not log into ea servers

I'm having a problem when i try to start up mass effect 3 that the game dose not connect to the ea servers? Why is this, all it says is "unable to connect with ea servers at this time" Are they down or something?&nbsp;

Not much else to say. EA's help has been useless. I've tried every possible fix you could think of, and I keep getting the "ME3 servers are unavailable at this time" message. Am I an isolated case or has this happened to others?

first go tu the the firwall option and open fire wall for fifa12 in order tu play online and if it is not working then the fifa12 is fake
